About the Reckon One area in portal

Learn how to use the Reckon One area in the Reckon Customer Portal (portal) to access your Reckon One books and manage subscriptions, plans and book access and ownership.

View and access Reckon One books

The Reckon One area in portal shows the Reckon One books you have access to for a given company. If you have access to more than one company, you can select the company dropdown menu in the top left hand corner (next to the Reckon logo) to change the company. This will display Reckon One books that you have to access to for that company.

At a glance, you can see:

• the book's name
• the subscription details (including renewal date for current subscriptions, and the date that full access or read-only access ends if the subscription has been cancelled)
• the plans currently or (if the subscription is cancelled) previously subscribed to for the book
• the book status if the book is read-only or cancelled
• whether the book has been shared with you (shown by a person icon in the bottom right hand corner).
