Scheduled automatic backups are not created if your Windows User Account does not have a password

This will occur if your Windows User Account has a blank password. Scheduled tasks require a password in order for the backup to be created.

To resolve this;

• From the Start menu, select Control Panel
• Double click User Accounts
• Select the User Account you want to add a password to and click Create a Password
• Follow the on-screen instructions to create the password

Note: You will be required to restart your computer for the changes to take affect.
