Sending a file via Reckon A3 for Data Recovery team

Question

How do I send my data files to Data Recovery Team?

Answer

You can send the file to our Data Recovery team via Recko A3 service.

Please follow the below instructions when dropping off the file:

  1. Go to https://a3.reckon.com
  2. Click on Drop-off button
  3. Please enter your company name and email address associated with your account
  4. Click on send confirmation.
  5. You will receive an email via Reckon A3 that contains a URL link in order to drop off your file.
  6. Once you have clicked on the link, you will see the window like below:
  1. In the ‘To:’ field, click on Green + icon (as shown above) and enter Data Recovery in the Name field and reckon.staff@reckon.com in the Email field.
  2. Click on ‘x’ to close the window
  3. In the Short note to the Recipients field, enter your Customer ID, name and version/year of the Reckon Accounts you are using.
  4. Click on the Choose File/Browse option to select your file to upload. (as shown above, step 7).
  5. Once you have selected your data file, click Open.
  6. Click on the Drop Off files.

Once the Data Recovery Team have received your file, they will notify you when it has been received.
