POS Terminal hangs at the splash screen when opening.

Question

When the POS Terminal is opening, the splash screen comes up, and an hourglass, and hangs there. Why?

Answer

 POS Terminal is a "Profile Selective" program. The user must have local admin rights on the machine and the software must be installed under this user profile.
