Statements not printing or previewing

Question

When trying to print or view a statement nothing would appear on screen. How can I get around this?

Answer

A new statement template will need to be created, to do this.

1. Choose Lists menu > Templates.
2. Click on the 'Templates' button on the bottom of the screen and select 'New'.
3. Create a new Statement template and click 'Ok' to save.
