Why are there no amounts to deposit after receiving payments and going to make deposits?

Answer

When you go into the receive payments screen there are two options:

Deposit to Bank or group with undeposited funds.

• If you select the group with other undeposited funds option the payments will then appear as payments to deposit.
• When Deposit to Bank is selected the payments will go straight into the bank account.
