How do I use multiple Ship To addresses in Reckon Accounts

Answer

You can have and use more than one Ship To address per customer or job.*

A Ship To drop-down list that allows you to select or add different addresses is on the following forms:

- Invoices

- Sales Receipts

- Adjustment Notes

- Sales Orders

- Estimates

- Purchase Orders

*Note: If you are wishing to use the Import/Export utility, it will only retain the first four Ship To addresses per customer or supplier.
