Find Reckon Personal Files option is missing from the File Menu list

Question

Why don’t I have an option in the File Menu for Find my Files?

Answer

You will not have this Menu option when Reckon Personally range was not properly installed.

 

Workaround

Uninstall and re-install Reckon Personally range in Selective Startup mode using the built-in Administrator account of this PC.
