Question

Why are these other payroll items showing on the profit and loss report which is filtered for class even though they are not classed?

Answer

The Quantity column in the other payroll items section is a dollar amount field.

If you have classes lined in the earning section of an employee's pay, then specifying a value in the quantity field on the "Other payroll items" section will grab that portion from the earning basis to complete the calculation.

This portion has come from a classed line in the earning section, the program pro-rata's/ distributes the class amount the proportionate amount.

My COGS account seems to be incorrect on a Profit and Loss report.

Why do I get the incorrect headings on my printed invoice when I add the Company Information to it?
