Question

Datalogic Touch 65 Scanner will not scan when connected to a USB Hub.

Answer

The Datalogic Touch 65 Scanner needs to be connected to an independent port located on your PC as described in the User Manual received with the hardware package.

To overcome the Datalogic Touch 65 Scanner's inability to scan when plugged into a 3rd Party USB Hub, disconnect the USB cable that the Datalogic Touch 65 Scanner uses from the USB hub and connect this cable to an un-used USB port on your PC.
