On a report (Profit And Loss) I zoom into an amount but it says no matching transactions.

Question

Why does a report (Profit And Loss) say "no matching transactions" when I QuickZoom into an amount?

Answer

In the Report click on the Customise button, go into the Advanced TAB, and select the option 'Tax Related Transactions Only'.

Now when you try to zoom in on the amount a message will appear that says 'no matching transactions do you want to edit the report' select Yes and then go into the accounts TAB and click on Mark All, click on OK and the QuickZoom report will appear.

How did we do?

No option to activate Reckon Personal/Reckon Accounts by phone
