Annual Rate does not show a value when emailing a payslip from payroll Premier

Question

Why does the Annual Rate field remain blank on some payslips?

 

Answer

You will experience this issue when emailing payslips from Payroll Premier.  Printed payslips do not exhibit this issue.

Annual Rate will appear for employees receiving either an Annual Salary or Salary type payment.  It does not appear for employees paid per hour. 

 

Workaround

Print a payslip to a 3rd-party PDF writer

There are a number of free PDF writers available like CutePDF, PrimoPDF, Bullzip, doPDF, PDFcreator,

Attach the PDF payslip to an email to the employee
