Internet connection failure when logging into GovConnect.

Question

Why do I get an Internet Connection failure message when I try to log into GovConnect?  I have logged in successfully before.

Answer

You may experience this problem if your computer’s system date is incorrect.

 

Solution

Reset your computer’s system date:

1.    Click on your clock and select Change date and time settings

2.    Click on Change date and time...

3.    Change the date and click OK and then OK again
