Removing customers from the drop down list in Reckon Accounts

Question

My customer drops down list is too large; how do I delete customers from it?

Answer

1) Click on the Customer Centre. Select Customers & Jobs.

2) Right click on the customer you do not want to see in the drop-down list and select Edit Customer; Job and tick the Customer is Inactive Box

3) This will effectively "hide" the customer from the list, while still containing the customers invoices and data.
