"Something went wrong. Check your data file credentials or try again later." when configuring a Reckon Accounts Hosted feed for Reckon Insights

ISSUE
When configuring a Reckon Accounts Hosted data feed, the following error is encountered during the initial setup of entering the credentials dedicated for Reckon Insights:
REASON
If the INI file type is missing, this will result in the configuration error.
By default, a Reckon Accounts Company File (QBW) is accompanied by supporting files such as the INI, ND, and TLG files. These are generally created when a company file is opened and used.
The configuration settings file (INI) — with the format <<Company Name>>.ini — contains relevant information required for the API integration between Reckon Accounts Hosted and Reckon Insights.
SOLUTION

- Open the Company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted and log in as the default Admin user. This will generate the INI file.
