You can define any User Name for the dedicated Reckon Insights user in your Company File.
In this example, we are naming the user as "ReckonInsights".
Important! Do not share this login with anyone or attempt to log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted with it, as this would block Reckon insights from accessing your file.
  1. Go to Company > Users > Set Up Users and Roles
  2. Click on New to set up a new user to be used by Reckon Insights to connect to your Reckon Accounts Hosted File.
  3. Enter the details below:

    2. Password: <A password of your choice>
    3. Roles: Full Access

Click OK to save the User and also make a note of the password you selected.
