Question
Why when I print my invoices from the "print form" section, does the invoices continue to display in the list?Answer
After I print an invoice from the 'print form' section which does not have a invoice number assigned it still appears in the 'print form' screen.
This is a limitation of the product.
To get around this problem;
1) Find the actual invoice.
2) Assign an invoice number to it and save the invoice again.
3) Now print the invoice.
QuickBooks will then detect those invoices that have been printed and remove them from the 'print from' list.
