When printing an invoice only the GST shows on the printout

Question
Why when I create an invoice does only the GST total appear in both the print preview and the printout?Answer
To correct this problem Quantity and Rates have to be assigned to the invoice template.Choose to create a new invoice and select Edit from the Layout listbox in the upper right hand corner of the invoice form.
Choose to Edit the template that you normally use. Make sure Quantity and Rates are ticked and click OK to accept the changes to the template.
