Question
Why does my tax detail report take a while to generate?
Answer
This can occur when if:
- If your invoices are large for (eg. 300 lines in a single invoice), or
- When invoices are combined with multiple payment methods.
To avoid this you should try to keep invoices to less than 50-100 lines, or by splitting them between multiple invoices.
If you have not backed up in some time, this can also decrease file speed - please ensure you are performing backups frequently to ensure file speed is maintained.
