How to create a backup file (RKN) in Reckon Accounts Personal Range

Create a Reckon Accounts Personal range / Home & Business backup file (*.RKN)

• Open the Reckon Accounts Personal range / Home & Business application
• Click on the File menu
• Click on Backup
• Click on Backup data to compressed archive (.rkn) file
• Click Browse button to navigate to your preferred folder location
• Click OK button
• Continue with the remaining prompts
