Question

How do I view the Product Information screen for my company file on Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Answer

Reckon Accounts Hosted allows you to press Control + 1 or press F2 to open the Product Information screen like it does on the Desktop version. 

This screen is a simpler version as sensitive server and license information has been removed. 

You can see:

• The product version
• Company file location
• File Size
• Total Transactions
• DB File Fragments
• # of users logged in
• Versions use on file
• List Information 

To close the box click on the red X in the top right.
