Alert shows only once in Reckon Accounts Personal

Question

I have set ReckonAccounts to issue an alert as a popup and have selected Keep the aler in the list for a week.  Why does it show only once?

 

Answer

Reckon Accounts Personal Alert feature is designed to act on the due date of the transaction selected.  It will issue a popup signal only once.  It will remain in the Alerts List.

If you open Reckon Accounts more than once on the day, the popup will be seen only on the first opening.

To see the popup again you will need to delete the Alert entry and delete the Security in Investing >Investment Alert, recreate it ,and the set up Alert again.
