Clicking an hyperlink within the new Reckon Accounts Hosted Help Index generate errors

Question

When following links from the Help Index why do I get errors in launching them?

 

Answer

Copy any internet link within the Hosted environment and paste to your web browser on your local computer. 

 

The Issue

There are restrictions on accessing internet resources from within Reckon Accounts Hosted. 

Where arrangements have not been made, then clicking on another internet or email link will result in an error being generated. 

(Email links may launch an Outlook Setup session).

 

 

Workaround

1.    Copy the link to the Hosted Clipboard;

- the first of the 3 icons at the top right of the screen;

2.    Paste the link to your web browser or email client.
