New Reckon Accounts Hosted hangs when exporting Employee compensation History to Excel.

Question
Why does the new Reckon Accounts Hosted hang when I export the Employee Compensation History to an Excel File? I get a Switch To / Retry message, but clicking on either has no effect. I have to disconnect from Hosted.
Answer
Click on Alt+PageUp to bring the Save In dialog box from behind the Hosted screen to the foreground.
The Issue
When you choose to save the Employee Compensation History to Excel, Hosted stalls in opening the Excel saving module and the Switch To / Retry message is generated. But the Excel module is started and the Save As screen opens behind the Hosted screen. Clicking Switch To or Retry does not work as the Excel saving module is open.
You must bring the Save As screen to the foreground so that you can continue saving the Employee Compensation History export.
Solution
Press the Alt key and the PageUp key simultaneously to bring the Save As screen to the foreground. Then continue to save the export file.
When you save the file the Switch To / Retry screen will disappear.
