Payslips Appear No Matter What Reports Are Selected

Question

Since I have installed the service pack whenever I open any report only payslip reports appear, why?

Answer

This may have been caused by installing the service pack twice.

To resolve this;
1) Select Start menu > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
2) Select Quicken Payroll and click remove.
3) Double click My Computer > C:\ > Program Files.
4) Right click 'QPRollv12' and select 'Rename', rename the folder to 'OldPayroll'.
5) Reinstall and register Payroll as per the user guide.
6) Install the Payroll Service Pack once.
