Question

Why are the expense accounts not displaying on my voucher cheques?

Answer

When you are paying a bill and the cheque is assigned as 'To be printed' the expense accounts that were selected on the bill do not display on the print out of the voucher cheque.

If you are using the 'Write Cheques' screen the expense accounts can be displayed on the voucher cheques.

The following preferences will need to be enabled;

1) Choose Edit menu > Preferences.

2) Select the Banking icon and click on the 'Company Preferences' tab.

3) Tick the 'Print account names on voucher' option.

4) Click 'Ok'.
