Where to find Reckon Backup Tools for Quicken

Question

I have setup a ReckonTools Online Backup account, but when I try to backup my Quicken file, I get the error:  “Reckon Backup Tool cannot be found.  Please reinstall using your Quicken CD”.  Where do I find it?

Answer

The Reckon Backup Tool can be found on the Quicken Installation disk at:

CD Drive\HAB\Disk1\Backup\Setup.exe

Just double left click the setup.exe file to install.
