POS Terminal screen opens to a smaller size and cannot be adjusted.

Why does my POS Terminal screen open to a smaller size? I cannot adjust the size of the screen.

1. In Terminal, click on Tools > Options > General;

2. Untick the box next to Set Retail Point of Sale Window to a fixed position;

3. Click Apply and OK to save;

4. Close the Terminal and Open it again. The screen will now open to normal size and you will be able to adjust it.
