Why do I receive a message of QuickBooks is deactivated when I try and register QuickBooks?Answer
In this case the most common for this message to come up is that QuickBooks has been installed under a different user from the one activated it.
You will need to uninstall QuickBooks and reinstall it and activate it under the admin user (i.e. the same username as used before).
