Transactions greyed out in account register

Question

Why are some of the transactions greyed out in the Accounts Register?

Answer

This is a screen resolution problem. The DPI settings for Windows need to be reduced.

To resolve this:

1. Go to Control Panel > Display, choose the Settings tab then click on Advanced.

2. Change the DPI settings from 120 to 96
