Reckon Accounts shows as not Activated.

Question

When I press Ctrl+1 for the Product Information Screen, why does the License number line not show Reckon Accounts as Activated?

Answer

You will experience this issue when you press Ctrl+1 on the No Company Open screen, without having opened a company file in this session.  A company file must have been opened in this session for Reckon Accounts to display the activation label.

 

Workaround

Open a company file and Click Ctrl+1.  You will now see ACTIVATED at the end of the License Number line.

If you close the company file and return to the No Company Open screen, when you click on Ctrl+1 again, you will see ACTIVATED at the end of the License number line.
