Tax appears as separate items when Report Settings are changed

Question

Why does the GST associated with my sales appear as separate lines on my Sales reports when I filter for all items?

Answer

On reports designed to show Items - such as Sales By Item Summary - if you edit the report and change the Items Filter from ‘All Sales Items’ to ‘All Items’, the Tax Items will appear on the report as items.

To not show the Tax Items, edit the Report and change the Filter back to All Sales Items to remove the Tax Items from the report.
