Pay Summary for All Employees window doesn't display gross figures correctly for multiple timesheet

Question

Why doesn’t the Pay Summary for All Employees window display gross figures correctly for employees with multiple timesheet lines. 

Answer

This is a problem that affects the Pay Summary for All Employees screen only.  The pay has been recorded correctly and displays correctly in all other reports.

This report reports only the first line of the pay.  Subsequent lines are not captured. 

 

Workaround

View the Pays Report for that payrun and confirm that it matches either the Payslip for that pay or the Pay For <Employee>:  screen for that pay.
