Paid Time Off details are missing from Payslips

Question

Why doesn’t Reckon accounts show the Paid Time Off information on the payslip?

Answer

This problem may be experienced when using One-Per-Page and Three-Per-Page payslip formats.  However, the last pay will show the Paid Time Off details but not earlier pays.

Workaround

Use another payslip format like Two-Per-Page.
