Reimbursing time as one item on an invoice

Question

When I bill a customer for time it appears as seperate lines on the invoice, how do I get it to appear as a single line item?

Answer

1) On the invoice, click on the time/costs button 2) Select the time that you are billing the customer for. 3) At the bottom of the window there is an option of Print Selected Time and Costs As One Invoice Item, select this option and only one line will be put on the invoice for all selected time and costs.
