FORM_Load Error message on Reckon POS Terminal. Record is deleted

I’m getting an error, “An error has occurred in frmOptions : Form_Load 3167 Record is deleted” when Opening the Option menu in POS terminal. How can I fix it?
Answer
Brief description / Abstract: While opening the Option menu on POS Terminal software, you may receive an error saying that ‘An error has occurred in frmOptions :Form_Load , 3167 , Record is deleted.’
Who does this apply to?
Reckon POS Terminal.
Solution / Workaround:
Please compact and repair the database to fix the issue.
- Close all your POS Terminals.
- Open POS Administrator
- Go to Tools > Compact and Repair the Database…
Additional Information:
If the above fix do not resolve the issue, it is possible that your Point of sale database may be corrupt. Please restore your previous backup file.
