Gmail block emails from Reckon Accounts Business

Question
Why does Gmail block emails sent from Reckon Accounts Business? I get an error: “Password Incorrect”.
Answer
Emailing through a web-based email service is a new feature in Reckon Accounts Business. For basic configuration please see the In-Product help Index.
Google security will block sign-in attempts from some apps or devices that do not use modern security standards, as these apps and devices are easier to break into. You may get the error: “Password Incorrect”.
You will need to allow less secure apps and devices to use the Gmail system.
Detailed Instructions
- Log in to your Gmail Account;
- Click the Account picture or avatar at the top right - then click Manage your Google account

- Go to Security

- Scroll down to Less secure app access
- Click Turn on access (not recommended)

- From Allow less secure apps: OFF, toggle to turn this option on
