Question

Why do I get this message when I try to log onto Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Answer

This error may be encountered if your computer’s system date is incorrect.

 

Workaround

Update your computer’s system date to the correct current date.

1.    Click on the clock in the right hand corner

Or, Start > Control Panel > Date and Time

2.    Click on change date and time...

3.    Select a correct Date and Time zone

 

You should now be able to log onto Reckon Accounts Hosted.
