Payslips to Email window disappears

Question

Why have my Payslips to Email disappeared and my Reckon Accounts Hosted session freezes? 

Answer

Click on ALT+PageUp to bring back the Payslips to Email window

Or Fn + Option + Up arrow in MAC.

The Issue

When you view the Pay slips to Email window in Hosted and you then click out of the active email window, you send the Pay slips to Email window into the backup. That window is now not easily accessible.

Workaround

Press on ALT+Page Up to bring the background window to the foreground.

Or FN + Option + Up arrow in MAC.
