What activities can't be performed in multi-user mode?

Question
The following Reckon Accounts activities must be performed in single-user mode because of the way these activities interact with the company data file:
- Backing up, condensing, converting, rebuilding, restoring, or updating the company data file
- Changing company information, including the closing date
- Setting up or changing preferences
- Importing or exporting data
- Merging, deleting, or resorting list items
- Changing list item fields that interacts with other lists
- Defining custom fields
- Accountant's review activities
To change to single-user mode, choose Switch to Single-user Mode from the Reckon Accounts File menu.
Answer
To use any of the above activities in Reckon Accounts, you need to switch to single-user mode.
