What activities can't be performed in multi-user mode?

Question

The following Reckon Accounts activities must be performed in single-user mode because of the way these activities interact with the company data file:

  1. Backing up, condensing, converting, rebuilding, restoring, or updating the company data file
  2. Changing company information, including the closing date
  3. Setting up or changing preferences
  4. Importing or exporting data
  5. Merging, deleting, or resorting list items
  6. Changing list item fields that interacts with other lists
  7. Defining custom fields
  8. Accountant's review activities
To change to single-user mode, choose Switch to Single-user Mode from the Reckon Accounts File menu.

To use any of the above activities in Reckon Accounts, you need to switch to single-user mode.
