Question
After installing POS Admin I open it for the first time and when I try to enter the location of where to save the POS database I get the following error: There is no demonstration database in the selected location.
No matter what I do I can't create a database.
Answer
This error is caused when the Demo version of POS has previously been installed on the computer. Even if it has been uninstalled the error will occur.
To stop the error you need to Uninstall POS and POS Admin, Delete the POS and POS Admin folders from the Window Registry. Do a find for and then delete GMQPOS.LIC (This file is left over from the demo version)
Now reinstall POS Admin and POS.
