Bankdata: Re-verify Your Login Credentials / "You need to use your netlock device" for Commbiz

Problem

I am trying to login to my Commbiz account in Bankdata, but it brings up the error "Re-verify Your Login Credentials".

Solution

  1. Log in to Commbiz and add a new user. ( https://www.commbank.com.au/business/online-banking/commbiz/user-guides/managing-commbiz-users.html )
  2. Setup the user as follows:
    1. Role: View
    2. Identification: No
    3. Security Token: Do not tick
  3. Once created try to log in with this new user with the link Yodlee is using ( https://www1.my.commbiz.commbank.com.au/logon/usermaintenance/login.aspx )
  4. If step 3 works then create/login to the Commbiz feed through Reckon using this new user.
