Why do I get the error "1524 - Unable to locate server" when trying to download share prices?

Why when I try to update my share prices online do I receive an "Error 1524 - Unable to locate server" error message?

 This service is no longer available for this product. To download share prices you will need to purchase the latest upgrade for the product. Please visit https://www.quicken.com.au/Support/sunsetPolicy.aspx to view quickens sunset policy regarding this product.

 V2003 Cashbook does not require any update and shouldn't display this problem.
