Cannot access Reckon Financial Statement Designer in Accounts Business Premier

Question

Why can’t I access the Reckon Financial Statement Designer?  The message says its only accessible through Accounts Premier Accountant and Enterprise.  I am using Accounts Premier Accountant edition.

General users who wish to use the Reckon Financial Statement Designer need to upgrade to Accounts Business Enterprise. 

The Issue

Accounts Business has a number of editions that bear the Accountant label:

• Reckon Accounts Business Accounting
• Reckon Accounts Business Premier – Accountant industry edition
• Reckon Accounts Business Premier Accountants Edition (bookkeepers and accountants only)
• Reckon Accounts Business Enterprise Accountants Edition (bookkeepers and accountants only)

Reckon Financial Statement Designer is only available for:

• Accounts Business Premier Accountants Edition
• Accounts Business Enterprise

Solution

Bookkeepers and Accountants who wish to use it should join the Professional Partner program to gain access to the Accountants Edition of Accounts Business Premier.

General users who wish to use the Reckon Financial Statement Designer will need to upgrade to Accounts Business Enterprise.
