GovConnect - The system encountered an unexpected error. Error code is A918.18

Question

Why do I get this error when GovConnect is requesting a list of outstanding Activity Statements?  I get an error code A918.18.

Answer

The error code will vary with this message.

These type of errors are generated by the SBR servers and indicate a problem from either the SBR system or the relevant government agency.  These errors are beyond the control of GovConnect.

Workaround

1.    Ensure you have a valid AUSKey

2.    Wait a few minutes and try again.
