Customer’s Name and Address does not populate to Bill To field of Estimate or Invoice

Question

Why doesn’t the name and address of the customer populate into the Bill To field of an Estimate or Invoice in Reckon Accounts Personal 20**?

Answer

Solution

1.    Edit > preferences > Program > AutoFill.

2.    In AutoFill preferences, tick Recall memorized payee (requires automatic completion)

How did we do?

Price column in Portfolio View shows either "est" or "e"

Cannot delete a pdf attachment attached to a transaction.
