Company logo on Invoices and Estimates lost when move Quicken file to another PC

Question

Why don’t my invoices and estimates show my company logo after transferring my Reckon Accounts Personal file to a new PC?

Answer

Logos used on invoices and estimates are taken from your specified location on your PC.  They do not form part of the Reckon Accounts Personal data file nor are they included in any other ancillary file.  they are not included in backups. 

When you move your file to another PC you must also move your logo to the new machine.

You will also have to reset the location of your logo in Business > Invoices & Estimates > Design Forms.
