When I try to open POS I get error message "Runtime error 339. Component POSTouchKeyboard.ocx or one of its dependancies not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid"
Answer
The file POSTouchKeyboard.ocx should be in the C:\windows\system32 folder (depending on operating system).
If you have another POS terminal that is working, move the existing POSTouchKeyboard.ocx file on the problem machine and replace it with a copy of the file from the working machine.
