Reckon Accounts hangs when Toggling between editions

Question

When I’m toggling between Reckon Accounts edition why does it hang on the screen “Reckon Accounts Product Configuration:  Closing Reckon Accounts”?

Answer

The toggle feature is only available in Reckon Accounts Accountant’s Edition. 

This issue will arise if during the toggle selection you accidently clicked on Cancel instead of Next.  Click on Cancel to continue and then toggle again.
