Question

Error message - QBW32 caused a Invalid Page Fault in module WINMM.dll.

There may be no sound produced in the program.

Answer

To stop the error occurring follow the steps below,

1. Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel

1. In the control panel select Sounds or Sounds and Audio Devices

1. Select the sounds TAB

1. In the program events box scroll down and find the section for Reckon Accounts

1. For each sound event in Reckon Accounts select "None", if windows asks if you wish to have no sound for this event select Yes

1. When all the Reckon Accounts events have no sound select Apply and then OK
